Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, alleviating or treating infection with corona virus and a food composition for preventing or alleviating infection with corona virus, including an extract of Elaeocarpus sylvestris leaves as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the extract of Elaeocarpus sylvestris leaves shows an excellent antiviral activity against corona virus, particularly corona-19 virus, causing respiratory diseases, digestive troubles, liver diseases and brain diseases in mammals, and thus can be used advantageously for pharmaceuticals and foods for preventing, alleviating or treating diseases caused by infection with corona virus. 본 발명은 담팔수 잎 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 코로나바이러스 감염의 예방, 경감 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 코로나바이러스 감염의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 담팔수 잎 추출물 포유동물에서 호흡기 질환, 소화기 질환, 간질환, 뇌질환 등을 일으키는 바이러스인 코로나바이러스, 특히 코로나-19 바이러스에 대한 우수한 항바이러스 활성을 나타내므로, 코로나바이러스의 감염에 의한 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 의약품 및 식품 등에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
