Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a thermal imaging and laser ultrasonic-integrated inspecting system of a 3D printing process and a 3D printing system having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermal imaging and laser ultrasonic-integrated inspecting system of a 3D printing process comprises: an infrared camera for obtaining a thermal image of a molten pool formed in a stacking unit by melting a base material supplied to the stacking unit by a laser beam irradiated from a laser source for 3D printing; a laser ultrasonic device for receiving laser-generated ultrasonic waves reflected from the stacking unit; and a control unit for estimating physical properties of the stacking unit and detecting a defect on the basis of responses of the obtained thermal image and the received laser ultrasonic waves. The infrared camera and the laser ultrasonic device are coaxially disposed with the laser source for 3D printing. According to the present invention, defects or physical properties of a product can be inspected in real time during a 3D printing process.
