Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a device of manufacturing a shell for a resonator using a laser and a method of manufacturing a shell for a resonator using a laser using the same. The present invention can stably manufacture a three-dimensional resonator shell in various forms by controlling the degree of vacuum inside a mold while applying heat with a laser, improves work safety and work efficiency, can be applied to various materials that are heated and deformed by a laser in addition to a glass material, thereby improving versatility during manufacturing, and in particular, can accurately implement the shape of the three-dimensional resonator shell such as a hemisphere or a semi-toroid, thereby greatly reducing a defect rate during manufacturing, reducing manufacturing cost, and improving productivity. The device comprises a shell mold unit, a laser generating unit, a vacuum pump unit, and a plurality of substrate fixing jig units. 본 발명은 레이저를 이용한 공진기용 쉘 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 레이저를 이용한 공진기용 쉘 제조방법에 관한 것으로 레이저로 열을 가하면서 성형틀 내부의 진공도를 조절하여 3차원 형상의 공진기용 쉘을 다양한 형태로 안정적으로 제조할 수 있고, 작업 안전성과 작업 효율을 향상시키며 유리 재질 이외에도 레이저에 의해 가열되어 변형되는 다양한 재질에 적용할 수 있어 제조 시 범용성을 높일 수 있고, 특히 반구나 반토로이드와 같은 3차원의 공진기용 쉘의 형상을 정확하게 구현할 수 있어 제조시 불량률을 크게 낮추고, 제조 원가 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
