Zusammenfassung:The present invention is to provide a quantum communication control device, a quantum communication system including the same, and a design method thereof to control a physical optical system that can be implemented in various forms according to a protocol and modulation method of quantum communication. According to the present invention, a quantum communication control device may comprise: a first control board having a plurality of connectors and reconfiguring a function or signal standard of each of the plurality of connectors; and at least one second control board having a connector connected to any one of the plurality of connectors, and controlling a corresponding optical system according to a protocol or modulation method of quantum communication. 본 발명에 따른 양자통신 제어장치는, 복수의 커넥터들을 갖고, 상기 복수의 커넥터들의 각각의 기능 혹은 신호 규격을 재구성하는 제 1 제어 보드, 및 상기 복수의 커넥터들 중에서 어느 하나에 연결되는 커넥터를 갖고, 양자통신의 프로토콜 혹은 변조 방식에 따라 대응하는 광학계를 제어하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 제어 보드를 포함할 수 있다.
