| Zusammenfassung: | According to one embodiment of an application of the present invention, provided is a nonvolatile memory-based flip-flop which comprises: a flip-flop unit outputting output data; a nonvolatile memory unit electrically connected to the flip-flop unit and storing backup data; and a backup control unit selectively performing a backup operation of backing up the output data to the backup data, based on whether the backup data and the output data are the same. When the output data and the backup data are the same, the backup operation can be skipped, thereby reducing power consumed by the backup operation.
