Zusammenfassung:	A CCTV control method and system based on situation analysis are disclosed. According to the present invention, the CCTV control system based on situation analysis comprises: a first image analysis device; a second image analysis device; and an integrated control server. The first image analysis device controls the operation of a camera based on first metadata, and the second image analysis device determines whether or not an event has occurred using at least one of the first metadata and second metadata. According to the present invention, since the control is based on a movement of an object and a change in a situation, it is possible to probably reduce false information in event detection. 상황 분석 기반의 CCTV 관제 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 상황 분석 기반의 CCTV 관제 시스템은, 제1 영상분석 장치, 제2 영상분석 장치 및 통합 관제 서버를 포함하되, 제1 영상분석 장치는, 제1 메타데이터에 기초하여 카메라의 동작을 제어하고, 제2 영상분석 장치는, 제1 메타데이터 및 제2 메타데이터 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용하여 이벤트 발생 여부를 판단한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 객체의 움직임 및 상황 변화에 기반하므로 이벤트 검출에서의 오보를 확률적으로 줄일 수 있다.
