Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a target material of an ISOL system, specifically, to a method for manufacturing a large-area multi-wall carbon nano tube (MWCNT)/uranium oxide disc and heat-treating the disc to manufacture a uranium carbide/MWCNT disc, and a disc manufactured by the method. 본 발명은 ISOL 시스템의 표적물질에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 대면적의 MWCNT/우라늄산화물 디스크를 제조하고, 그 디스크를 열처리하여 우라늄탄화물/MWCNT 디스크를 제조하는 방법 및 그 방법으로 제조한 디스크에 관한 것이다.
