Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a hybrid yarn for manufacturing a safety clothing, manufactured by hybridizing polyphenylene sulfide fibers, aramid fibers, and basalt fibers, and a base fabric for manufacturing the safety protective clothing with improved heat resistance manufactured using the same. The hybrid yarn for manufacturing the safety clothing, which is excellent in shape stability and durability in high heat or flame and has excellent barrier properties, and the base fabric manufactured therefrom can be provided. The hybrid yarn for the manufacturing the safety clothing comprises: 15 to 20 wt% of the polyphenylene sulfide fibers; 20 to 30 wt% of the aramid fibers; and 50 to 65 wt% of the basalt fiber. 본 발명은 폴리페닐렌설파이드 섬유, 아라미드 섬유 및 현무암 섬유를 하이브리드화하여 제조된 안전보호복 제조용 복합사 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 내열성이 개선된 안전보호복 제조용 베이스 원단에 관한 것으로서, 고열이나 화염에서 형태 안정성 및 내구성이 우수하며, 금속용융물의 차단성이 우수한안전보호복 제조용 복합사 및 이로부터 제조되는 베이스 원단을 제공할 수 있다.
