Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a flow velocity measuring apparatus capable of plane observation aims to measure the flow velocity of rivers or the like, comprising: a central unit engaged with a pillar at right angles; and three antennas engaged with the central unit. The three antennas are engaged with the central unit by being respectively separated by a certain distance. The flow velocity measuring apparatus capable of plane observation comprises: a signal generation unit which generates a transmission signal; an amplifier which amplifies the signal generated by the signal generation unit; an antenna which emits the signal amplified by the amplifier; a low-noise amplifier which amplifies the received signal; a band pass filter (BPF) which filters the signal generated by the low-noise amplifier; a frequency mixing unit which synthesizes the transmission signal generated by the signal generation unit and the received signal, which has passed through the BPF, and converts the signals into a base band signal; a low pass filter (LPF) which makes only those signals with a needed band pass among the signals generated by the frequency mixing unit; and an A/D converter which converts an analog signal into a digital signal. 본 발명에 따른 면단위의 관측이 가능한 유속 측정 장치는 하천 등의 유속을 측정하기 위한 것으로서, 지주에 직각으로 결합되는 중심대와, 중심대에 결합되는 3 개의 안테나를 포함하고, 3 개의 안테나는 각각이 소정의 일정 간격으로 이격되어 중심대에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이고, 송신 신호를 생성하는 신호발생부와, 신호발생부에서 생성된 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기와, 증폭기를 통해 증폭된 신호를 방출하는 안테나와, 수신된 신호를 증폭하는 저잡음 증폭기와, 저잡음 증폭기로부터 생성된 신호에 대하여 필터링을 수행하는 BPF(Band Pass Filter)와, 신호발생부에서 생성된 송신 신호와 BPF를 통과한 수신 신호를 합성하여 기저대역 신호로 변환하는 주파수 혼합기와, 주파수 혼합기에서 생성된 신호에 대하여 필요한 대역의 신호만 통과시키는 LPF(Low Pass Filter)와. 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환해 주는 A/D 컨버터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
