The present invention relates to an air ventilation and purification system for an apartment house. The air ventilation and purification system for an apartment house includes: an entrance-side inflow air suction pipe attached to the inside of an entrance door frame and having a plurality of entrance-side suction holes drilled therein; an entrance-side discharge pipe attached to the inside of a window frame and connected to a window-side suction space having a plurality of window-side suction holes drilled therein and to the entrance-side inflow air suction pipe; a window-side discharge pipe connected to the window-side suction space; and a discharge fan installed on a wall so that the entrance-side discharge pipe and the window-side discharge pipe are connected in parallel.
