Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a core layer composition for a stone plastic composite (SPC), which shows improved heat conductivity and reduced energy consumption as compared to the conventional products, while using eco-friendly materials, and has a reduced weight, while providing relatively improved strength and flexibility as compared to the conventional products, a stone plastic composite (SPC)/flooring material, and a method for manufacturing the same. The stone plastic composite (SPC) includes: a core layer formed of a mixture containing calcium carbonate (CaCO_3), loess powder, hemp fibers, a resin and a resin stabilizer; a pattern film layer formed on the top surface of the core layer in a sheet-like form to form a predetermined pattern; and a surface protective layer formed on the top surface of the pattern film layer in a sheet-like form to prevent the pattern film layer from wearing.
친환경적인 재료를 사용하면서도 종래보다 열전도율을 향상시켜 에너지 소모량을 절감할 수 있으면서도, 종래 제품보다 상대적으로 강도와 유연성을 향상시키면서도 무게를 줄일 수 있는 스톤 플라스틱 복합판재(SPC)용 코어층 조성물, 스톤 플라스틱 복합판재(SPC)/바닥재 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 스톤 플라스틱 복합판재(SPC)는, 탄산칼슘(CaCo3), 황토분말, 마섬유, 수지, 수지 안정제가 혼합 형성된 코어층과; 미리 설정된 소정 무늬가 형성되기 위하여 상기 코어층의 상부면에 시트(Sheet) 형태로 형성되는 무늬 필름층과; 상기 무늬 필름층의 마모를 방지하기 위하여 상기 무늬 필름층의 상부면에 시트 형태로 형성되는 표면 보호층으로 구성된다. |
