The present invention relates to a one-touch type pole coupling apparatus for a fishing boat, which can prevent a fixture coupling an upper pole and a lower pole in a one-touch manner from protruding to the outside than an outer diameter of the lower pole to easily couple the upper pole and the lower pole to a pole fixing pipe of the boat, allow elastic members to be mounted on the fixture to vertically face each other to prevent the fixture from being eccentrically pressurized when the fixture is pressurized so that assembly stability can be increased, and mount a sealing member between a coupling member and the fixture and fix a waterproof cap to both end portions of the coupling member to prevent water from being introduced into the coupling member, thereby preventing components from being corroded to increase durability. 본 발명은 상부폴대와 하부폴대를 원터치식으로 결합하는 고정구가 하부폴대의 외경보다 외측으로 돌출되지 않게 하므로 보트의 폴대고정관에 결합시 용이하게 결합할 수 있으며, 고정구에 상,하 대향하게 탄성부재가 장착되어 고정구의 가압시 고정구가 편중되게 가압되는 현상을 방지하므로 조립의 안정성을 높이고, 결합부재와 고정구 사이에 실링부재를 장착하고 결합부재의 양측 단부에 방수캡을 고정하여 결합부재 내부로 물이 유입되지 않게 하므로 부품의 부식을 방지하여 내구성을 높이는 낚시보트용 원터치식 폴대 결합장치에 관한 것이다.
