Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to preservative treated wood which is manufactured through a step of putting wood into a chamber and drying the wood by supplying superheated steam of 105-120°C to the chamber; a step of depressurizing the chamber to allow an inside of the chamber to include a vacuum degree of 550-650 mmHg to discharge air and moisture existing in the dried wood; a step of supplying high-pressure superheated steam of 224-235°C having pressure of 25~30 kgf/cm^2 to the chamber, applying pressure of high-pressure superheated steam to the wood, treating pressure steaming in the wood, exhausting the chamber, and reducing pressure in the chamber to atmospheric pressure; and a step of impregnating the wood with an antiseptic agent. The present invention is provided to expand a conduit by removing lignin of the wood and deeply impregnate the antiseptic agent into the wood by opening a blocked wall cavity, thereby obtaining the preservative treated wood having an excellent antiseptic effect.
방부목에 관한 것으로서 목재를 챔버에 투입하고 상기 챔버 내에 105~120℃의 과열 증기를 공급함으로써 상기 목재를 건조시키는 단계, 상기 건조된 목재 내부에 잔존하는 공기와 수분을 배출시키기 위해 상기 챔버의 내부가 550~650mmHg의 진공도를 갖도록 상기 챔버를 감압시키는 단계, 상기 챔버에 25~30kgf/cm의 압력을 갖는 224~235℃의 고압 과열 증기를 공급하여 상기 목재에 고압 과열 증기의 압력을 가함으로써 상기 목재를 가압 증자 처리한 후, 상기 챔버를 배기시킴으로써 상기 챔버 내의 압력을 대기압으로 감소시키는 단계, 및 상기 목재에 방부 약제를 함침시키는 단계를 통해 제조됨으로써 목재의 리그닌이 제거되어 도관이 확장되고, 폐색 벽공이 열려 방부 약제가 목재의 심재 깊숙이 함침됨으로써 방부 효과가 뛰어난 방부목을 얻을 수 있다. |
