PSC PSCTENDON POSIONING METHOD TO PSC STRUCTURE AND PSC STRUCTURE THEREIWTH

The present invention relates to a method for inserting a tendon into a PSC structure and a PSC structure manufactured by using the same, the method which can quickly install a plurality of tendons at once while prevent tendons from being twisted when a sheath is installed on the PSC structure and the tendons are inserted into the sheath. The method for inserting a tendon into a PSC structure includes the following steps of: (a) providing one bundle of tendons; (b) installing a rug on an end portion of the one bundle of tendons; (c) installing a rotation fastening type clamping device having a ring part on the rug; (d) inserting an induction strand into an end point portion from a starting point portion of the sheath of the PSC structure; and (e) connecting the induction strand to the ring part of the rotation fastening type clamping device at the starting point portion of the sheath to jack the same at the end point portion of the sheath. PSC구조물에 쉬스를 설치하고, 쉬스 내부에 긴장재 삽입 시 서로 꼬이지 않도록 하면서, 한꺼번에 다수의 긴장재를 신속하게 설치할 수 있는 PSC구조물에 긴장재를 삽입하는 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제작된 PSC구조물에 관한 것으로서, (a) 1다발의 긴장재를 구비하는 단계; (b) 상기 1다발의 긴장재의 단부에 러그를 설치하는 단계; (c) 상기 러그에 고리부가 형성된 회전체결식 클램핑장치를 설치하는 단계; (d) PSC구조물의 쉬스의 시점부로부터 종점부에 유도용 강연선 삽입하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 쉬스의 시점부에서 회전체결식 클램핑장치의 고리부에 유도용 강연선을 연결하여, 쉬스의 종점부에서 잭킹하는 단계;를 포함한다.
