Operating system and method of battery exchange station for battery-exchange type electric motorcycle utilizing intellectual information

The present invention relates to an operating system and an operating method of a battery exchange station for a battery-exchangeable electric motorcycle utilizing intellectual information. The operating system comprises: a battery exchange station (300) which classifies a region for providing a battery exchange service into a region with a higher altitude difference than the reference and the other region with a lower altitude difference than the reference based on an altitude which is an intellectual information, receives the registration of information on the region for operating the electric motorcycle from a user of the electric motorcycle, and allows the user to charge and exchange the battery to match the number of registered electric motorcycles and the features of the difference in altitude for each region; a battery exchange management center (100) which allocates the types of batteries, and provides the positions of the battery exchange station (300) allocated for each region and the number of exchangeable batteries to a terminal (200) of the user; and the terminal of the electric motorcycle user (200) who receives the position of the battery exchange station for each region from the battery exchange management center (100), and requests an exchange of the battery at the battery exchange station (300).
