Zusammenfassung:	A multi-layer film according to the present invention forms an organic fixing layer on a surface of a base layer and then forms an inorganic deposition layer thereon, thereby preventing damage to the surface of the base layer by heat applied in the deposition process to implement a clear metal texture. In addition, the multi-layer film can be laminated on glass to increase strength, thereby being applied as a scattering prevention and decoration film. 본 발명에 따른 다층 필름은 기재층의 표면에 유기고정층을 형성한 뒤 그 위에 무기증착층을 형성하므로, 증착 공정에서 가해지는 열에 의해 기재층의 표면이 손상되는 것을 방지하여 선명한 금속 질감을 구현할 수 있다. 또한 상기 다층 필름은 유리에 합지되어 강도를 높일 수 있으므로 비산방지 및 데코레이션 필름으로 적용될 수 있다.
