Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a heating system which can load a high heat flux in one direction by using an electric joule heating method, and a manufacturing method thereof. The heating system comprises: a cooling channel; an insulator formed on an upper surface of the cooling channel; a heating element formed on an upper surface of the insulator and including a heating unit and an electrode unit provided on both ends of the heating unit; a compression plate disposed on an upper surface of the heating unit to compress the heating element in a direction of the cooling channel; and an electrode formed on an upper surface of the electrode unit and supplying a current to the heating element. The heating element is formed of a FeCrAl alloy.
본 발명은 전기저항 방법(Electric joule heating)을 이용하여 단방향에 고열유속을 부하할 수 있는 가열시스템 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 가열시스템은, 냉각채널; 상기 냉각채널 상면에 형성된 절연체; 상기 절연체 상면에 형성되되, 발열부 및 상기 발열부의 양단에 구비되는 전극부를 포함하는 발열체; 상기 발열부의 상면에 배치되어 발열체를 상기 냉각채널 방향으로 압착하는 압착판; 및 상기 전극부의 상면에 형성되어 상기 발열체로 전류를 공급하는 전극;을 포함하고, 상기 발열체는 FeCrAl 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
