Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a microfluidic flow cell capable of performing a quick and accurate analysis and an absorption detection apparatus comprising the same. The microfluidic flow cell according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a plurality of sample injection ports through which a sample is injected; a plurality of detection passages formed in connection with the sample injection port; a plurality of light inlets through which light enters; and a plurality of light outlets through which the light is emitted. The detection passages are formed from the light inlets to the light outlets, and a plurality of samples are simultaneously detected. 본 발명은 신속하고 정확하게 분석할 수 있는 미세유체 흐름셀 및 이를 포함하는 흡광 검출 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 미세유체 흐름셀은 시료가 주입되는 복수의 시료 주입구, 상기 시료 주입구와 연결되며 이어져 형성된 복수의 검출 통로, 광이 입사되는 복수의 광 입사구, 및 광이 출사되는 복수의 광 출사구를 포함하고, 상기 검출 통로들은 광 입사구에서 광 출사구까지 이어져 형성되며, 복수의 시료를 동시에 검출한다.
