Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a crack reduction type ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete composition containing a functional binder, which usually comprises Portland cement, calcium sulfoaluminate, alumina cement, anhydrous gypsum, dihydrate gypsum, blast furnace slag fine powder, inorganic latent heat material and amine-based organic latent heat material, and a method of repairing road pavement by using the same. In addition, provided are concrete, which has excellent durability and strength by reducing a curing time of concrete by applying an optimal eutectic mixture to a concrete composition according to an appropriate composition ratio of the amine-based organic latent heat material and amine-based inorganic latent heat material, and minimizing internal defects of a concrete structure, and a placing method thereof.
본 발명은 보통 포틀랜트시멘트, 칼슘설포알루미네이트, 알루미나시멘트, 무수석고, 이수석고, 고로슬래그 미분말, 무기잠열재 및 아민계 유기잠열재를 포함하는 기능성 결합재를 함유하는 균열 저감형 초속경 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로 포장 보수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 아민계 유기잠열재나 아민계 무기잠열재를 적절한 조성비에 따라 최적의 공융혼합물을 콘트리트 조성물에 적용하여 콘트리트의 양생시간을 단축시키고 콘크리트 구조물의 내부결함을 최소화시켜 내구성 및 강도가 우수한 콘크리트 및 이의 타설방법을 제공한다. |
