Spreader of deicing chemicals with means for crushing hardened deicing chemicals

The present invention relates to a deicing chemical spray device having a means to break a hardened deicing chemical, which comprises: a mounting hopper which is mounted on a deicing chemical spray vehicle; a pair of transport chains which are installed to be in parallel with each other along a discharge passage of the mounting hopper; a transport bar which is installed between the both transport chains to push a deicing agent towards an outlet; and a support plate which is installed at the lower side of the transport bar moved towards the outlet. In particular, a hopper supporter is installed in a longitudinal direction along the discharge passage of the mounting hopper. A vibrator is installed at the lower surface of the support plate to provide vibration in order to break a deicing agent which is hardened and fixated between the transport bar and the support plate. The support plate is supported with the hopper supporter by a vibration prevention member which blocks the delivery of the vibration. 본 발명은 경화된 제설제를 파쇄하는 수단이 구비된 제설제 살포장치에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 제설제 살포차량에 적재되는 적재호퍼와, 상기 적재호퍼의 배출통로를 따라 나란히 설치된 한쌍의 이송체인과, 양쪽 이송체인 사이에 설치되어 제설제를 배출구 쪽으로 밀어내는 이송바와, 상기 배출구를 향하여 이동하는 이송바의 하측에 설치된 받침판을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 적재호퍼의 배출통로를 따라 길이방향으로 호퍼받침대가 설치되어 있고, 상기 받침판의 저면에는 상기 이송바와 상기 받침판 사이에 경화 고착된 제설제를 파쇄 할 수 있도록 진동을 제공하는 바이브레이터(vibrator)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 받침판은 진동의 전달을 차단하는 방진부재에 의해서 상기 호퍼받침대에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제설제 살포장치에 관한 것이다.
