Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an injector inspection device using a mass, which can measure the amount of testing fluid sprayed from an injector by using a mass flow meter. To this end, the present invention comprises: a housing; an injector mounting unit to which an injector is connected, and which includes a common rail which receives testing fluid of a high pressure to discharge the same through the injector; a spray hose of which one end is connected to the nozzle of the injector; a hose holder fixated to the housing and fixating the spray hose; a measurement unit which is disposed at the lower side of the hose holder, and measures the mass of the testing fluid sprayed from the spray hose; and a control unit which controls the spraying of the testing fluid of the injector, and calculates the spray amount of the testing fluid of the injector. Here, the other end of the spray hose is spaced apart from the measurement unit. Therefore, a measurement value is not affected by temperature, thereby enabling a more precise measurement.
본 발명은 질량유량계를 이용하여 인젝터에서 분사된 시험유의 양을 측정할 수 있도록 하는 질량을 이용한 인젝터 검사장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징과, 인젝터가 연결되고, 고압의 시험유를 공급받아 상기 인젝터로 배출하는 커먼레일을 포함하는 인젝터장착부와, 일단이 상기 인젝터의 노즐에 연결되는 분사호스와, 상기 하우징에 고정되고, 상기 분사호스를 고정시키는 호스홀더와, 상기 호스홀더 하측에 마련되며, 상기 분사호스에서 분사되는 시험유의 질량을 측정하는 측정부와, 상기 인젝터의 시험유 분사를 제어하고, 인젝터의 시험유 분사량을 산출하는 제어부를 포함하되, 상기 분사호스의 타단은 상기 측정부와 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 온도에 따른 측정값의 영향이 없어 더욱 정확한 측정이 가능한 인젝터 검사장치가 개시된다. |
