The present invention relates to a toothbrush with a replaceable toothbrush head, which comprises a hand-held toothbrush body and a toothbrush head detachably coupled to the toothbrush body. The toothbrush body is formed in a hexagonal pipe shape and is inserted and coupled so that a forward and backward movement member having a size and shape corresponding to the inside of the toothbrush body can slide. The forward and backward movement member is formed in a pipe shape, wherein one end part is partially exposed to the outside of the toothbrush body to form an operation part, and the other end part is branched into a plurality of ends and includes a first collection wing provided to allow the end to be able to move elastically. The toothbrush head is provided with a bristle on one side and a neck by the extension of the other side, wherein an insertion port having a size and shape corresponding to the inside of the forward and backward movement member protrudes from the end of the neck. When the distance between the ends of the first collection wing is loosened by the slide movement of the forward and backward movement member, the insertion port is inserted into or separated from the inside of the forward and backward movement member.
