Antibacterial Powder Coating Composition and Manufacturing Method thereof

The present invention relates to an antibacterial powder coating composition and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to an antibacterial powder coating composition having excellent flame retardancy and scratch resistance while maintaining an antibacterial property for a long time by immersing an inorganic antibacterial agent in porous particles, and a method of manufacturing the same. A method of manufacturing an antibacterial powder coating composition according to the present invention includes: an antibacterial dispersion liquid preparation step (S100) of preparing an antibacterial dispersion liquid in which inorganic antibacterial agents are immersed in porous particles; a mixing step (S200) of preparing a liquid antibacterial powder coating composition by mixing 0.5 to 20 weight of the antibacterial dispersion with 100 weight of the base coating resin; and a powdering step (S300) of pulverizing the liquid antibacterial powder coating composition. 본 발명은 항균성 분체도료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다공성 입자에 무기항균제를 담지하여 항균특성이 장기간 보존되도록 함과 동시에 우수한 방염성 및 내스크래칭성을 갖는 항균성 분체도료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균성 분체도료 조성물의 제조방법은 다공성 입자에 무기항균제가 담지된 항균 분산액을 제조하는 항균 분산액 제조단계(S100);와 베이스 도료수지 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 항균 분산액 0.5 내지 20 중량부 혼합하여 액상의 항균성 분체도료 조성물을 제조하는 혼합단계(S200);와 상기 액상의 항균성 분체도료 조성물을 분말화하는 분말화단계(S300);를 포함한다.
