Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are an individual cell identification device and a control method thereof. The control method of the individual cell identification device comprises the steps of: receiving an image including a plurality of cells; generating a binary map for each pixel of the received image differentiating the background from the plurality of cells; generating a landform structure map in which a predetermined value is set according to a distance between a center region and a boundary region of each cell; generating a marker map, which sets a market after a skeleton region having a maximum value in the center region of each cell is extracted; and identifying each cell region based on the generated binary map, the generated landform structure map, and the generated marker map.
