Zusammenfassung:The present invention is primarily configured of a head (100), a rail tube part (200), an alignment tube (300), and a cutting member (400) such that a flat yarn having a width is aligned in an unwound state by air sucking force and is supplied to a loom in a state of preventing from being twisted or folded, thereby providing an uniform fabric tissue. In a process that one end part of a flat yarn wound around a bobbin is introduced into the alignment tube by air sucking force, the flat yarn is aligned in an unwound state regardless of a displacement form of the bobbin. Accordingly, the twisting or folding of the flat yarn is prevented in a process of being supplied to a side of the loom by the head, such that a uniform fabric tissue can be woven. 본 발명은 폭을 갖는 플랫사가 에어흡입력에 의해 풀린 상태로 정렬되어 꼬임이나 접힘이 방지된 상태로 직기에 공급되어 균일한 직물조직을 제공할 수 있도록 헤드(100), 레일관부(200), 정렬관(300), 커팅부재(400)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어지며, 보빈에 권취된 플랫사의 일단부가 에어흡입력에 의해 정렬관 내로 유입되는 과정에서 보빈의 배치형태에 관계없이 풀린 상태로 정렬되므로 헤드에 의해 직기 측으로 공급되는 과정에서 플랫사의 꼬임이나 접힘이 방지되어 균일한 직물조직을 제직할 수 있게 되는 효과가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 한다
