The present invention provides: a body wash composition having an enhanced moisturizing effect by containing aloe and hemp seed oil, which are natural materials; and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a body wash composition in which the aloe is manufactured by fermentation and aging and is contained with hemp seed oil as main components to show an excellent moisturizing effect and detergency and which does not contain chemical surfactants, chemical preservatives, artificial flavors, and artificial dyes so there is no skin irritation, thereby being suitable for children; and a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 천연재료인 알로에 및 햄프씨드 오일을 함유하여 보습이 강화된 바디샤워 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 알로에는 발효 숙성을 통해 제조되며, 햄프씨드 오일과 주성분으로 함유되어 보습과 세정력이 뛰어나고 특히, 화학계면활성제, 화학방부제, 인공향료, 인공색소를 포함하지 않아 피부 자극성이 없어 유아용으로 적합한 바디샤워 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.
