Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a fermented fodder for aged animals to increase a digestion rate and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, rice powder, pinto bean, and chicken powder are added to raw materials of the fodder. The rice powder is fermented by at least one selected from a group consisting of Lactobacillus alimentarius, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, and Tetragenococcus halophilus. The pinto bean is fermented by at least one selected from a group consisting of Lactobacillus alimentarius and Tetragenococcus halophilus. The chicken powder is fermented by at least one selected from a group consisting of Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, and Lactobacillus sakei. Accordingly, the digestion rate of the fermented fodder is increased. 본 발명은 사료원료에 쌀가루, 핀토빈 및 계육분을 포함하고, 상기 쌀가루는 락토바실러스 알리멘타리우스(Lactobacillus alimentarius), 락토바실러스 브레비스(Lactobacillus brevis), 락토바실러스 플란타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum), 락토바실러스 루테리(Lactobacillus reuteri) 및 테트라제노코커스 할로필루스(Tetragenococcus halophilus)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 발효균주로 발효시키며, 상기 핀토빈은 락토바실러스 알리멘타리우스(Lactobacillus alimentarius) 및 테트라제노코커스 할로필루스(Tetragenococcus halophilus)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 발효균주로 발효시키고, 상기 계육분은, 락토바실러스 브레비스(Lactobacillus brevis), 락토바실러스 플란타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum), 락토바실러스 루테리(Lactobacillus reuteri) 및 락토바실러스 사케이(Lactobacillus sakei)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 발효균주로 발효시켜 소화율을 높인 노령동물용 발효 사료 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
