The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a foam fix-type puff which comprises: a container body in which a liquid cosmetic composition is container; a pressing portion installed at the tip of the container body to discharge the liquid cosmetic composition inside the container body in a predetermined amount by a pressing action, in which a predetermined diameter and a predetermined length is formed; and a puff detachably coupled with the discharge portion, in which the foam is detachably coupled and is fixedly coupled so that the flow in the combined state is limited.
