The present invention provides an eco-friendly nonwoven insulation manufacturing apparatus for a heater jacket, wherein the insulation is biodegradable, thereby being eco-friendly and harmless to a human body, and has flame retardancy, heat retention, and heat insulation required by a heater jacket while being inexpensive.
