Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a measurement control system of a nuclear power plant and a method thereof. The measurement control system of a nuclear power plant comprises: a DCS to control a non-safety device; a PLC to control a safety device; an IPS to monitor and control a safety device and a non-safety device on an integrated operating screen and collect monitoring information and control information; and an operating screen ESCM connected to the PLC to control safety equipment and collect control information. The measurement control system further comprises: a QIAS-N module to integrate safety system signals for each channel, and transmit monitoring information of the DCS and the PLC collected from the ESCM to the IPS if a fault occurs in the IPS; and a DIAS module to control non-safety equipment in accordance with the monitoring information received from the DCS and the PLC. According to the present invention, QIAS-N for integrating safety system signals for each channel and transferring information of the DCS and the PLC when a fault occurs in the IPS, and DIAS for receiving the information of the DCS and the PLC to directly control the non-safety equipment are included to simplify an I&C structure of a nuclear power plant for performing monitoring and control and allow safe operation of the nuclear power plant when faults occur in the DCS and the PLC. 본 발명은 원자력발전소 계측 제어 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 비안전기기를 제어하는 DCS와, 안전기기를 제어하는 PLC와, 안전기기 및 비안전기기를 통합된 운전 화면으로 감시 및 제어하고 감시정보 및 제어정보를 수집하는 IPS와, PLC에 연결되어 안전설비를 제어하고 제어정보를 수집하는 운전화면 ESCM을 포함하되, 안전계통 신호를 채널별로 통합하고, 상기 IPS에 고장이 발생한 경우, ESCM으로부터 수집한 DCS 및 PLC의 감시정보를 IPS로 전송하는 QIAS-N모듈; 및 DCS 및 PLC로부터 인가받은 감시정보에 부합하도록 비안전설비를 제어하는 DIAS모듈을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 안전계통 신호를 채널별로 통합하고 IPS의 고장 시 DCS 및 PLC의 정보를 전달하는 QIAS-N, 및 DCS 및 PLC의 정보를 제공받아 비안전 설비를 직접 제어하는 DIAS를 구성함으로써, 감시 및 제어를 수행하는 원전의 I&C 구조를 단순화하면서 DCS 및 PLC의 고장 시 원전의 안전 운전이 가능하다.
