Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for preparing lactobionic acid, comprising the following steps of: (1) culturing a strain in a culture medium including water, a beef extract, peptone, a yeast extract, sodium chloride and lactose; and (2) culturing a primary culture medium, which includes water, a beef extract, peptone, a yeast extract, sodium chloride and lactose, and which has completed the first step in a solution including any one salt among Na_2CO_3, K_2CO_3, CaCO_3, NaOH and KOH. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided is a method for preparing lactobionic acid which can be commercially produced in large quantities, can be simply and conveniently prepared and produced, and can improve economic efficiency when prepared and produced. 본 발명은, 물, 쇠고기 추출물, 펩톤, 효모 추출물, 염화나트륨, 락토오스를 포함하는 배양액에서 균주를 배양하는 (1) 과정과; 물, 쇠고기 추출물, 펩톤, 효모 추출물, 염화나트륨, 락토오스를 포함하고 NaCO, KCO, CaCO, NaOH 및 KOH 중 어느 하나의 염을 포함한 액에서 상기 (1) 과정을 거친 1차 배양액을 배양하는 (2) 과정;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 상업적으로 대량 생산이 가능하고, 제조 및 생산이 간단하고 편리하며, 제조 및 생산 시 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 락토비온산 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
