Apparatus for manufacturing ice packs in three directions and method for manufacturing ice packs using the apparatus

The present invention provides a three-way ice pack manufacturing device. The three-way ice pack manufacturing device manufactures an ice pack sealed in three directions. The three-way ice pack manufacturing device includes: a filler supply unit supplying, by a conveyor, a filler absorbing a liquid refrigerant by having a porous structure; a packing sheet supply unit supplying a packing sheet in order for the filler supplied by the conveyor to be mounted on the upper surface of the packing sheet; a refrigerant supply unit spraying the refrigerant to the filler so that the filler absorbs the refrigerant; and a packing unit sealing the filler having absorbed the refrigerant by the packing sheet. The packing unit individually presses and seals the front surface and the rear surface of the packing sheet after attaching and sealing both sides of the packing sheet. Therefore, the three-way ice pack manufacturing device improves productivity by reducing a production process by automatically sealing the filler in three directions.
