Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a PFC coil apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The PFC coil apparatus comprises: an injection bobbin (100) including coils (120, 130); a terminal part (160) provided on one side of the injection bobbin (100) and formed by using an end part of the coils (120, 130); and cores (210, 220) coupled to the injection bobbin (100). Therefore, winding, insert and molding are integrally performed on the PFC coil apparatus to increase insulation performance, a problem of poor contact due to soldering is prevented by using the end part of the coil as a terminal part, and structural stability is increased by using a sliding coupling structure of a magnetic core increases.
본 발명은 PFC 코일 장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 코일(120,130)을 포함하는 사출 보빈(100)과 상기 사출 보빈(100)의 일측에 구비되고 상기 코일(120,130)의 단부를 활용하여 형성한 단자부(160)와 상기 사출 보빈(100)에 결합되는 코어(210,220)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 권선 인서트 몰딩 일체형으로 제작하여 절연 성능을 높이고, 코일의 단부를 단자부로 활용하여 납땜으로 인한 접촉 불량 문제를 방지하며, 자기 코어의 슬라이딩 결합 구조로 구조적 안정성이 높아지는 이점이 있다. |
