Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a flexible joint connection apparatus, a precast body segment junction type underwater tunnel construction method using the same, and an underwater tunnel built through the same. During a procedure in which body segments made of precast concrete are sequentially combined to construct an underwater tunnel, a flexible joint connection apparatus, which connects the body segments in a flexible joint manner to be able to rotate and bend in a vertical direction, and a segment assembly, which connects the body segments through a rigid joint, are floated on the surface of water. In this state, segment combination assemblies are temporarily connected with each other through the flexible joint connection apparatus, and the segment combination assemblies are sequentially sunk into the water, so an existing part of the underwater tunnel and each of the segment combination assemblies are joined and connected through a rigid joint to be watertight. Therefore, the underwater tunnel can be built.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 이루어진 본체 세그먼트("본체 세그먼트")를 순차적으로 결합하여 수중터널을 시공하는 과정에서 본체 세그먼트 사이를 연직방향으로 회전 절곡가능하게 활절(flexible joint) 형태로 연결하며 필요에 따라 서로 접하도록 결합하는 활절연결장치와, 본체 세그먼트를 강절로 연결한 세그먼트 조립체를 수면에 부유시킨 상태에서 서로 상기 활절연결장치를 이용하여 세그먼트 결합조립체를 서로 임시 연결해두고, 세그먼트 결합조립체를 수중으로 순차적으로 침설시켜서 수중터널의 기설부분 및 각각의 세그먼트 결합조립체를 수밀하게 접합하여 강절로 연결함으로써 수중터널을 구축하게 되는 "활절연결장치"와, "이를 이용한 프리캐스트 본체 세그먼트 접합 방식의 수중터널 시공방법", 그리고 "이러한 시공방법에 의해 구축된 수중터널"에 관한 것이다. |
