APPARATUS FOR TREATING IRON-CONTAINING BY-PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR RECYCLNG IRON-CONTAINING BY-PRODUCT USING THE SAME

Disclosed are an iron-containing by-product treatment apparatus and a method for recycling iron-containing by-products using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the iron-containing by-product treatment apparatus comprises: a first input part which is provided on one side of an upper part and into which the iron-containing by-product containing a cyan compound is introduced; a second input part which is provided on the other upper part and into which water is introduced; a reaction chamber which is brought into contact with the introduced iron-containing byproduct and water to generate mixed sludge from which the cyan compound is removed and includes a pulverizing mixer; and a drying part which is connected to the reaction chamber via a transfer line and dries the mixed sludge transferred by the transfer line. 함철부산물 처리장치 및 이를 이용한 함철부산물 재활용 방법에 관한 발명이 개시된다. 한 구체예에서 상기 함철부산물 처리장치는 상부 일측에 구비되어 시안화합물을 함유하는 함철부산물이 투입되는 제1 투입부; 상부 타측에 구비되어 물이 투입되는 제2 투입부; 및 상기 투입된 함철부산물 및 물을 접촉하여, 시안화합물이 제거된 혼합슬러지를 생성하는 분쇄혼합기를 포함하는 반응챔버; 및 상기 반응챔버와 이송라인을 통해 연결되며, 상기 이송라인을 통해 이송된 상기 혼합슬러지가 건조되는 건조부;를 포함한다.
