Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, a dietary supplement, and a food composition for improving bowel function, all of which contain an extract of Dudleya Brittonii. The extract of Dudleya Brittonii, an active component of a composition according to the present invention, increases the expression of anti-inflammatory protein IL-10 to inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α, thereby inhibiting the generation of reactive oxygen species. Therefore, the composition according to the present invention is expected to be widely used for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, especially gastritis or colitis. 본 발명은 선녀배() 추출물을 포함하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 건강기능식품 및 장 기능 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 유효성분인 선녀배() 추출물은 항염증 단백질인 IL-10의 발현을 증가시켜 염증 인자인 IL-6, TNF-α의 발현을 억제하고 이로 인해 활성산소종의 생성을 억제하므로, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 염증성 질환, 특히 위염 또는 대장염의 예방 또는 치료에 폭넓게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
