The present invention relates to an electronic towel to which a water absorbing member sheet is attached, and which replaces a cotton towel such as a facecloth. To this end, the present invention is coupled to a water absorbing member sheet, a nozzle, and a front cover which are detachable from a front surface of a main body unit of a cylindrical shape which is rotated, in order to spray wind with a predetermined temperature such as hot wind by using the nozzle, while delivering vibration to allow the skin of a user to be shaken, thereby dislocating moisture from the skin. To this end, the present invention comprises: an assembly unit of a front cylindrical shape, in which the front surface of the main body unit of the cylindrical shape is rotated to blow moisture away from the surface of the skin to absorb the moisture while drying and removing the same; an inner main body unit which delivers heated air, which is produced after air sucked from the outside is heated by using a heating means, to the assembly unit of the front cylindrical shape, and has a wind cover which blocks wind heading to a rear surface to send the same to the heating means of the front surface; and a handle unit which is monolithically connected to one side of the main body unit of a front cylindrical shape so as to be gripped by a hand, and has a control substrate and a rechargeable battery which allow at least one among an on/off state of the electronic towel, control of the temperature of the hot wind, confirmation of the body temperature, control of the strength of the hot wind, and the strength of vibration to be checked and controlled through a display.
