Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a rehabilitation exercise device which is designed to enable passive or active rehabilitation of a user by adjusting the height of pedals according to the length of legs of the user while the user, a patient who is unable to move or has the lower limb paralyzed, is comfortably lying on the bed. The rehabilitation exercise device according to the present invention comprises: a body mounted on a bed and fixed with a pair of pedals which a user steps on to spin; and a holder unit for holding the main body on the bed. 본 발명은 재활운동기구에 관한 것으로, 거동할 수 없거나 하지가 마비된 환자가 침상에 편하게 누운 상태에서 본인의 다리 길이에 맞게 페달의 높낮이를 조절하여 수동적 또는 능동적으로 재활운동을 할 수 있게 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 재활운동기구는, 침상에 안착되고, 사용자가 발로 회전구동하기 위한 한 쌍의 페달부가 고정된 본체. 상기 본체를 침상에 홀딩시키는 홀더부를 포함한다.
