Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a flooring composition for a cool roof heat shielding coating material having waterproof and heat shielding functions and improved pollution. The present invention comprises: a fluorine-acrylic copolymer resin emulsion mixed with either polyvinylidene fluoride or divinylidene difluoride, wherein the fluorine-acrylic copolymer resin emulsion comprises 40 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the flooring composition for the cool roof heat shielding coating material having improved pollution. 본 발명은 방수 및 차열 기능을 가지면서도 오염성이 개선된 쿨루프차열 코팅도료용 바닥재 조성물에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴(Polyvinylidene fluoride) 또는 디 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴(polyvinylidene difluoride)중 하나와 혼합되는 불소-아크릴(acrylic) 공중합 수지계 에멀젼을 포함한다. 여기서, 불소-아크릴 공중합 수지 에멀젼은 오염성이 개선된 쿨루프차열 코팅도료용 바닥재 조성물 100 중량부 당, 40 ~ 50 중량부를 포함한다.
