Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a fine dust reduction block for a sidewalk and a car road. The block includes: a base block; a thickening coating material coating the surface of the base block, and containing water (1), methylcellulose (2), at least one (3) among sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), sodium percarbonate (2Na2CO3·3H2O2) and quicklime (CaO), and hyaline (4); and a photocatalytic coating material coating the thickening coating material, and containing acicular nano titanium dioxide. The hyaline is made of at least one among glass powder and a hollow glass bubble micro sphere to have fine dust reduction and water permeation functions. 본 발명의 미세먼지 저감 보, 차도용 블록은, 베이스 블록; 상기 베이스 블록의 표면에 코팅되고, (1) 물, (2) 메틸셀룰로오스, (3) 탄산나트륨(NaCO), 과탄산나트륨(2NaCO·3HO), 생석회(CaO) 중 적어도 하나와 (4) 유리질을 함유하는 증점 코팅재; 및 상기 증점 코팅재에 코팅되고, 침상형 나노 이산화티탄을 함유하는 광촉매 코팅재를 포함하며, 상기 유리질은 유리 분말과 속이 빈 글래스버블 마이크로스피어(glass bubble micro sphere) 중 적어도 하나로 형성되어 미세먼지 저감 및 투수 기능을 가지게 된다.
