Zusammenfassung:	According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for extending an acoustic signal which comprises: an acoustic signal reception unit receiving an acoustic signal; a transformation unit two-dimensionally transforming the received acoustic signal with respect to a time-frequency domain; an extraction unit extracting a region including a target by applying a first window with respect to the two-dimensionally transformed acoustic signal; a scanning unit scanning the extracted region using a second window rather than a first window to extract a plurality of scan regions; and an acquisition unit acquiring target data and non-target data from the plurality of scan regions. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 음향 신호를 확장하는 장치는, 음향 신호를 수신하는 음향 신호 수신부; 수신된 음향 신호를 시간-주파수 영역에 대하여 2차원 변환하는 변환부; 2차원 변환된 음향 신호에 대해 제 1 윈도우를 적용하여 표적을 포함하는 영역을 추출하는 추출부; 추출된 영역에 대해 제 1 윈도우보다 제 2 윈도우를 이용하여 스캔(scan)함으로써 복수의 스캔 영역을 추출하는 스캐닝부; 및 복수의 스캔 영역으로부터 표적 데이터 및 비표적 데이터를 획득하는 획득부를 포함한다.
