Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a controlled-release composition for oral administration comprising a hydrophilic alpha sympatholytic drug compound or a salt thereof and a complex of clay minerals; and a method for manufacturing the same. A composition of the present invention has a release rate of the body which is controlled more than an existing alpha sympatholytic drug compound, thereby being able to prevent side effects due to the rapid increase of a blood drug concentration. 본 발명은 친수성 알파 교감신경 차단제 화합물 또는 그 염;및 점토광물의 복합체를 포함하는, 방출성이 제어된 경구투여용 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 기존의 알파 교감신경 차단제 화합물보다 체내 방출 속도가 제어됨으로써 급격한 혈중 약물 농도 증가로 인한 부작용이 방지된다.
