Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a specific primer set for discriminating a heat resistant variety by using a TPPI gene of Brassica Oleracea and a use thereof. By using a primer for discriminating a heat stress resistant / sensitive variety according to the present invention, a heat resistant related trait of Brassica Oleracea can be discriminated in Brassica Oleracea breeding field during early stages through a simple genome DNA PCR method. 본 발명은 양배추유전자를 이용한 내서성 품종의 선별을 위한 특이 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 열 스트레스 저항성/민감성 품종을 구별할 수 있는 프라이머를 이용하면, 간단한 게놈 DNA PCR법을 통해서 양배추의 내서성 관련 형질을 양배추 육종 현장에서 어린 시기에 구별할 수 있다.
