Device for removing scale of coffee machine and method thereof

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for removing scale of a coffee machine. According to the present invention, a washing liquid is supplied to the inside of first and second boilers, a flowmeter, a coffee discharge port, a hot water and steam valve, a hot water discharge pipe, a steam discharge pipe, and various connection pipes without separation of components of a coffee machine to remove scale in a circulation manner, such that damage to a product is prevented and working efficiency is improved. Also, a spray nozzle rotated by the pressure of the washing liquid is coupled to the first boiler to uniformly spray the washing liquid to upper and lower portions of the first boiler so as to remove scale, thereby efficiently removing the scale. In addition, when the removal of the scale inside the coffee machine is completed, an endoscopic camera of a control box is inserted into the first boiler to check a work result through a display unit, thereby increasing satisfaction of a consumer. Furthermore, components used for the scale removal work are stored in an inner space, thereby improving space efficiency and facilitating storage and transportation at the same time. 본 발명은 커피머신의 부품들을 분리하지 않고 제1,2 보일러 내부, 유량계, 커피토출구, 온수 및 스팀밸브, 온수배출관, 스팀배출관 및 각종 연결배관에 세척액을 공급하여 순환방식으로 스케일을 제거하므로 제품 파손의 방지 및 작업효율성이 향상되고, 세척액의 압력에 의해 회전하는 분사노즐을 제1 보일러에 결합하므로 제1 보일러의 상,하부에 골고루 세척액을 분사하여 스케일을 제거하므로 효율적인 스케일 제거가 가능하며, 커피머신 내부의 스케일 제거가 완료되면 콘트롤박스의 내시경 카메라를 제1 보일러 내부에 삽입하여 표시부를 통해 작업결과 확인하므로 소비자로 하여금 만족도를 높이고, 스케일 제거작업에 사용된 구성품들을 내부에 수납하므로 공간효율성을 향상시킴과 동시에 보관 및 운반이 용이한 커피머신의 스케일 제거장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
