Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air cell sheet having a vibration absorbing function and an air cell sheet thereof. The method of the present invention comprises: a raw material solution forming step of forming a raw material solution which is molten polyurethane; a bubble forming step of forming bubbles therein by inputting and stirring the raw material solution in a stirrer; an air cell sheet forming step of forming an air cell sheet of a sheet form formed with the bubbles therein by inputting the raw material solution into a mold; a molding processing step of cutting the air cell sheet in a predetermined shape to mold the same; and a glove bonding step of fastening and fixing the molded air cell sheet to a glove. According to the present invention, the air cell sheet is manufactured to insert the bubbles thereinto to buffer and absorb impact or vibration transferred from the outside, thereby continuously transmitting external impact or vibration to a human body to prevent bone fracture or muscle damage. 본 발명은 진동흡수기능을 갖는 에어셀시트제조방법 및 그 에어셀시트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 용융된 폴리우레탄인 원료용액을 형성시키는 원료용액형성단계와, 상기 원료용액을 교반기에 투입한 후 교반시켜 내부에 기포를 형성시키는 기포형성단계와, 상기 원료용액을 성형몰드에 투입하여 내부에 기포가 형성된 시트형태의 에어셀시트를 형성시키는 에어셀시트형성단계와, 상기 에어셀시트를 일정한 형상으로 절취하여 성형가공하는 성형가공단계와, 성형가공된 상기 에어셀시트을 장갑에 체결하여 고정시키는 장갑결착단계로 이루어져, 내부에 기포가 인서트되도록 에어셀시트를 제조하여 외부에서 전달되는 충격이나 진동을 완충시킴과 아울러 흡수함으로써, 외부의 충격이나 진동이 지속적으로 인체에 전달되어 뼈가 골절되거나 근육의 손상되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
