The present invention relates to a fastening cap of a cup, which comprises: a main cap fastened to an upper portion of a cup main body; a rail lower portion guide formed such that an auxiliary cap coupled to the main cap is slidingly fastened in forth and back directions and formed on a lower portion of the auxiliary cap formed to slide with a rail upper portion guide formed on an upper portion of the main cap; an outlet formed such that contents are discharged from the cup main body when being fastened to the main cap; an outlet stopper sliding the auxiliary cap in the forth and back directions and formed on the lower portion of the auxiliary cap opening and closing the outlet; a groove part formed on a side surface of the main cap; and a protrusion part of the auxiliary cap coupled to the groove part and secondarily sealing the same so as to prevent the contents of the cup main body from being leaked. 본 발명은 컵의 체결캡에 관한 기술로 컵본체의 상부에 체결되는 메인캡; 상기 메인캡과 결합하는 보조캡은 전후방향으로 슬라이드 체결하도록 구성하되, 상기 메인캡의 상부에 구성한 레일상부가이드와 슬라이드되도록 구성하는 상기 보조캡의 하부에 구성된 레일하부가이드; 상기 메인캡에 체결되었을 때에 컵본체에서 내용물이 유출되도록 구성한 유출구; 상기 보조캡을 전후방향으로 슬라이드하여 상기 유출구를 개방 및 폐쇄하는 상기 보조캡의 하부에 구성된 유출구 마개; 상기 메인캡의 측면에 구성한 홈부; 상기 홈부와 결합하여 컵본체의 내용물이 유출되지 않도록 2차 밀봉하는 상기 보조캡의 돌기부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컵의 체결캡에 관한 기술이다.
