Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a treatment device capable of easily reducing iodine content contained in seaweed and preventing marketability of seaweed from being reduced in an iodine reduction treatment process, and a method for reducing iodine content in seaweed by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for reducing iodine content in seaweed comprises the following steps of: supplying a treatment liquid in which seawater and starch are mixed to a chamber; supporting seaweed containing iodine in the treatment liquid; supplying an oxidizing agent to the treatment liquid to apply oxidative stress to the seaweed, and extracting iodine from the seaweed using a defense mechanism against the oxidative stress; and sensing a color change in the treatment liquid caused by a reaction of the iodine and the starch extracted from the seaweed, and stopping the supply of the oxidizing agent to the treatment liquid by comparing the color change with a preset color.
본 발명은 해조류에 함유된 요오드 함량을 손쉽게 저감시킬 수 있고, 요오드 저감 처리과정에서 해조류의 상품성이 저하되는 것이 방지할 수 있는 처리장치 및 이를 이용한 해조류 내 요오드 함량 저감방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 해조류 내 요오드 함량 저감방법은 해수와 녹말이 혼합된 처리액을 챔버에 공급하는 단계; 상기 처리액에 요오드가 함유된 해조류를 담지하는 단계; 상기 처리액에 산화제를 공급하여 상기 해조류에 산화적 스트레스를 인가하고, 상기 산화적 스트레스에 대한 방어기작으로 상기 해조류로부터 요오드를 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 해조류로부터 추출된 요오드와 상기 녹말의 반응에 기인한 상기 처리액의 색상변화를 센싱하고, 기설정된 색상과 비교하여 상기 처리액에 상기 산화제의 공급을 중단하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. |
