Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a wet tissue package, which is possible to use wet tissues while moisture of a wet tissue is not evaporated even while storing the same for a long time because of being possible to prevent the moisture of the embedded wet tissue from being evaporated through a penetrated portion by forming a cut portion of an outlet in a groove shape without penetrating the same. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof. The wet tissue package includes: an embedded pack having a cut line for forming an outlet on an upper surface and embedding a plurality of wet tissues therein; and a cover connected to the upper surface of the embedded pack and covering or exposing the cut line of the embedded pack. 본 발명은 인출구의 절취 부위를 관통시키지 않고, 홈의 형태로 형성함으로써, 내장된 물티슈의 물기가 관통된 부위를 통하여 증발되는 것을 방지할 수 있어, 오랜 기간 보관하여도 물티슈의 물기가 증발되지 않고 사용 가능한 물티슈 포장제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상면에 인출구를 형성하기 위한 절취선을 가지어, 내부에 복수 개의 물티슈를 내장하기 위한 내장팩; 및 상기 내장팩의 상면에 연결되어, 상기 내장팩의 절취선을 덮거나 노출시키기 위한 커버를 포함한다.
