Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave nondestructive inspection using a phased array ultrasonic wave probe wherein a means is provided to perform, using a wedge, a detection of a refraction angle higher than a critical angle of an inspection object longitudinal wave by using a transverse wave, and a detection of the refraction angle lower than the critical angle of the transverse wave by using the longitudinal wave so as to inspect a wide range within a short time.
본 발명은 위상배열 초음파 탐촉자를 이용한 초음파 비파괴 검사에 있어서, 쐐기를 사용하여, 검사 대상체 종파의 임계각보다 높은 굴절각의 탐상은 횡파를 이용하여 실시하며, 종파의 임계각보다 낮은 굴절각의 탐상은 종파를 사용하여 탐상함으로써 빠른 시간안에 넓은 범위를 한번에 검사할 수 있는 수단을 제공한다. |
