Insulating coating liquid supply device for multi-row simultaneous coating

The present invention relates to an insulating coating solution supply apparatus for multi-row simultaneous coating. More specifically, the insulating coating solution supply apparatus of the present invention includes: a primary supply tank for supplying an insulating coating solution; a plurality of secondary supply tanks for supplying the insulating coating solution supplied from the primary supply tank to a slot die; a first control valve for controlling supply of the insulating coating solution supplied from the primary supply tank to the secondary supply tanks; a level sensor provided in the secondary supply tanks and interlocked with the first control valve; and a pressure adjusting means for controlling discharge pressure of the insulating coating solution supplied from the secondary supply tanks to the slot die. In other words, the present invention suggests an insulating coating solution supply apparatus for multi-row simultaneous coating which can maintain good coating quality by supplying the insulating coating solution to the slot die enabling a multi-row coating process to be performed, and constantly maintaining pressure of the supplied insulating coating solution, thereby finally enabling discharge pressure of the insulating coating solution discharged through the slot die to be uniformly maintained. 본 발명은 다열 동시 코팅용 절연코팅액 공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 절연코팅액을 공급하기 위한 1차 공급탱크; 상기 1차 공급탱크로부터 공급되는 절연코팅액을 슬롯다이로 공급하기 위한 복수의 2차 공급탱크; 상기 1차 공급탱크에서 상기 2차 공급탱크로 공급되는 절연코팅액의 공급을 제어하기 위한 제1 컨트롤밸브; 상기 2차 공급탱크에 구비되고, 상기 제1 컨트롤밸브와 연동되는 레벨센서; 및 상기 2차 공급탱크로부터 상기 슬롯다이로 공급되는 절연코팅액의 토출압력을 제어하기 위한 압력조절수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다. 즉 본 발명은 다열 코팅이 가능한 슬롯다이로 절연코팅액을 공급하고, 공급되는 절연코팅액의 압력이 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 함으로써 최종적으로 슬롯다이를 통하여 토출되는 절연코팅액의 토출압력이 균일하게 유지될 수 있도록 함으로써 양질의 코팅 품질을 유지할 수 있는 다열 동시 코팅용 절연코팅액 공급장치를 제안하고자 한다.
